Research News collection, 1995-2005
Illinois Institute of Technology serial publication titled Research News, which chronicles research activities of faculty members. Format and contents change somewhat over the years, but in general, issues include announcements and updates, awards and proposals, featured faculty, text of faculty ERIF (Education and Research Initiative Fund) presentations and final reports, Research Council Minutes, calls for proposals, etc. This is an incomplete run. According to the August 2000 issue, the publication "contains articles on research proposal developments, funding opportunities, policy and regulatory issues, and all aspects of extramural funding and research administration [and] "how-to' articles.... The publication is intended for an internal audience of all IIT faculty and researchers." Note: Printing of hard copies of this document which is now delivered as an electronic document (with embedded links) was discontinued with the Sept. 2005 issue.
