This record group contains materials for university-wide commencement ceremonies. Included are (1) a DVD of the university-wide commencement ceremony on May 18, 2013, (2) a DVD of the university-wide commencement ceremony on May 17, 2014, and (3) a DVD of the university-wide commencement opening ceremony held May 16, 2015.

Biographical Note
Commencements are held twice a year, in May and December. Graduate salutes are held prior to graduation, in March and November. May commencements are generally held off-campus and one ceremony is scheduled for all graduates. December ceremonies are sometimes held on campus, in which case separate ceremonies are scheduled for undergraduates and graduates.

Existence and Location of Copies
Digital surrogates of the May 2009 (2) and May 2010 DVDs have been created for for access and preservation purposes, and are stored on Google Drive.
